Endzone launches MMA training

Endzone has announced Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) training in their Delhi centre. With the introduction of MMA, the wellness and fitness consultancy firm has appointed Yashpal Singh, a martial arts practitioner for 24 years, as the trainer.

MMA is a full contact combat sport that allows use of striking & grappling while standing and on the ground. One can use boxing, wrestling, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, Muay Thai, kick boxing, karate, judo or whatever style you choose.

Yashpal, who will now be associated with Endzone, has a Black Belt 5th Dan and the title of Sensei. Besides being a performer on Indian and International, Yashpal is an officially authorized national Referee and Judge of the National Karate Federation (AIKF, Recognized by the Ministry of Sports and Indian Olympic Association).

MMA is a form which is practiced by a few people in India due to its different techniques which are really difficult. With the launch of MMA at Endzone, this art form will be accessible to a wider range of practitioners of all ages.

This training is safe for anyone, of any age, with varying levels of fitness and competitiveness. Therefore, Endzone is one such platform where you can learn this form of art.
